Fullstack Developer

We're looking for a Fullstack Developer who feels at home on the frontend with React + TypeScript, but can confidently build and scale backend systems using Java + Spring Boot. You’ll work on internal tools that power our logistics, operations, and customer experience across Europe. That includes web apps used by our staff and tools for warehouse and delivery systems.
We build things fast, iterate often, and ship to real users in days, not months.
You’ll join a cross-functional team with Backend devs, QA, and Product Owner. Your job is to bring business ideas to life through great frontend architecture, clean UI, and reliable backend logic.
What will be your key responsibilities
Product Ownership & Impact
Own features end-to-end - from idea to live deployment.
Turn problems into simple UI/UX flows.
Collaborate with PO/design on specs, or challenge them if needed.
Build tools used by hundreds of internal users across multiple countries.
Understand the business context and explore alternative solutions, rather than just executing tickets.
Engineering Craft
Frontend in React, Next.js, TypeScript, Tailwind, TanStack Query, Material UI
Backend Development: Proficiency with Java (Spring Boot) and/or Python. Proficiency in both is a plus, or a strong willingness to learn the other.
Hibernate, SQL, with scalable API designs.
Leverage AI tools (Cursor, Copilot, Windsurf, etc.) to code and debug faster.

Collaboration & Delivery
Work in a cross-functional squad: FE, BE, QA, design, PO.
Review code, improve architecture, and share best practices.
Ship fast. We don’t do three-month tickets.
What We Expect from You
5+ years of experience building and maintaining frontend and backend systems in production.
Strong skills in React + TypeScript and Java + Spring Boot.
You understand backend architecture, service design, and production reliability.
You’ve worked with complex systems or larger-scale e-commerce/admin apps.
Familiarity with accessibility, CI/CD, testing, and monitoring.
