The Director, UX Design will lead a complete transformation of our user experience and platform design. This leader will own UX strategy, design execution, and the development and maintenance of a scalable design system that enhances usability, accessibility, and aesthetics across our platform.
Reporting to the VP – Product, this individual will drive a user-first design culture, ensuring that our products are simple, intuitive, visually compelling, and highly effective for our customers. They will lead UX for agentic AI experiences - LLM-powered assistants, autonomous workflows, and in-product recommendations - so AI is explainable, trusted, and actionable. This leader will collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, and Data Science teams to implement best-in-class UX principles, standardize UI components, and elevate the overall user experience.
What You WIll Do
UX Strategy & Vision
- Define and execute the UX vision and strategy to improve platform usability and customer experience.
- Advocate for a user-first approach, ensuring that customer pain points and behaviors drive design decisions.
- Establish and enforce UX best practices, accessibility standards, and design guidelines across all products.
Design System & Standardization
- Develop, implement, and maintain a scalable design system that ensures consistency across all products.
- Standardize UI components, interactions, and visual elements, ensuring a unified and modern user experience.
- Work closely with engineering teams to seamlessly integrate the design system into development workflows.
Data-Driven Design
- Develop and track UX success metrics, ensuring continuous improvement based on user feedback.
- Leverage heatmaps, session recordings, and analytics tools to gain insights into user interactions.
Collaboration & Leadership
- Build and lead a high-performing UX design team, fostering a culture of creativity and innovation.
- Work cross-functionally with Product, Engineering, and Data teams to ensure seamless execution of design initiatives.
- Champion human-centered design principles and mentor teams on UX best practices.
What You Will Bring
- 10+ years of experience in UX/UI design, with 5+ years in leadership roles.
- Deep expertise in UX research, usability testing, and human-centered design methodologies.
- Hands-on experience designing and shipping agentic AI products.
- Strong experience in building and implementing scalable design systems.
- Proficiency in Figma, Sketch, Adobe XD, Lovable and other modern and AI-based design tools.
- Ability to balance customer needs, business goals, and technical feasibility.
- Strong collaboration skills, working effectively with product managers, engineers, and data teams.

- Experience in B2B SaaS platforms, enterprise applications, or AI-powered products.
- Strong portfolio showcasing data-driven design decisions and impactful UX transformations.
- Background in accessibility standards (WCAG), design system governance, and UI engineering.
- Experience integrating AI and automation into UX workflows.
