- Strong communication skills in Thai and English (Bonis: Chinese, Cantonese, Russian, German, French and other languages)
We train from zero — but we expect commitment and accountability.
What You Will Do
- Advise businesses and investors on commercial property opportunities, including offices, retail spaces, warehouses, industrial properties, and land.
- Match clients with suitable commercial properties using our AI-powered platform and extensive property database.
- Build and maintain relationships with business owners, landlords, developers, and investors.
- Schedule and conduct viewings
- Negotiate offers and close transactions
- Work within a structured performance system with clear KPIs
- Continuously improve through coaching and feedback
This is a client-facing sales role. Activity, responsiveness, and follow-through matter.
