Role Description The Property Consultant role is a full-time position based in the Bangkok Metropolitan Area. In this role, the consultant will advise clients on suitable properties for buying, selling, or renting, using PropertyScout’s platform and database to match client needs with available listings. Day-to-day tasks include conducting property viewings, managing client inquiries, negotiating offers, and coordinating with owners, co-agents, and internal teams to ensure smooth transactions. The consultant will maintain accurate records of client interactions, prepare documentation as needed, and provide clear, timely updates throughout the transaction process. The role also involves building long-term client relationships and contributing to a high-quality, transparent customer experience.

Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Consulting and Real Estate skills, with the ability to understand market trends and advise clients on suitable property options.
• Candidates should possess excellent Communication and Customer Service skills to manage inquiries, explain processes, and maintain positive client relationships.
• Candidates should possess solid Sales skills, including lead follow-up, negotiation, and closing transactions in a professional and ethical manner.
• Candidates should possess basic technology and CRM skills to work efficiently with PropertyScout’s digital platforms and maintain accurate client and property data.
• Relevant experience in real estate, brokerage, or property consulting within the Bangkok market is highly beneficial.
• Fluency in Thai is required; proficiency in English or additional languages is an advantage.
• A results-oriented mindset, strong attention to detail, and willingness to work on-site and travel within the Bangkok Metropolitan Area are expected.
• A bachelor’s degree in Business, Real Estate, Marketing, or a related field is preferred but not mandatory with strong relevant experience.
