We are looking for an ambitious, commercially driven, and entrepreneurial Affiliate Partnerships Manager to build and grow our affiliate partner channel.
This is a high-impact opportunity for someone who wants more than just a job. It is a chance to take ownership of a growth function, build a partner ecosystem, create commercial impact, and help shape a channel with major long-term potential.
You will own the full affiliate partnership journey: from strategy and acquisition to onboarding, activation, retention, and revenue growth. In the beginning, this is a hands-on individual role. You will personally build the foundation, win partners, grow relationships, and create the structure for future scale.
What You Will Do
- Build and execute the affiliate partnerships strategy
- Identify and acquire new affiliate partners
- Develop outreach, partnership, and activation approaches that drive growth
- Onboard and train partners to help them succeed
- Build strong long-term relationships and act as the key point of contact
- Drive partner activity, lead generation, engagement, and retention
- Track channel performance and continuously improve results
- Work cross-functionally to remove friction and improve partner experience
- Build the foundation for a scalable affiliate growth engine
What We’re Looking For
- Strong commercial mindset and ownership mentality
- Ability to build relationships, influence, and close partnerships
- Comfortable working both strategically and hands-on
- Motivated by growth, challenge, and direct impact
- Organized, proactive, and performance-driven
- Experience in partnerships, business development, sales, account management, affiliate growth, or a related function is a plus
- Real estate or platform business experience is a plus, but not required
- We are also open to high-potential candidates without direct experience if they have the hunger, discipline, and ability to build
