    • Familiarity with AI or technology is a plus.
  • A Skilled and effective project manager with a proven track record of delivering the creation and evolution of varied teams/functions.
  • Strong analytical mindset with ability to translate data into decision
  • Strong analytical and organisational skills, with a bias for turning insights into action quickly.
  • A world-class communicator with a proven ability to align new and established teams, driving collaboration and a culture of consistently surpassing expectations.
  • Maintains an uncompromising bar for precision, pace, and quality in all work.
  • Brings structure, clarity, and momentum to fast-moving or less-defined problem spaces, navigating grey areas with judgment and insight.
  • A continuous learning mindset, open to experimenting, iterating, and improving outcomes.
  • Takes ownership, drives urgency, and follows through to advance key initiatives.
  • Based on the current priorities for this role, specific experience working with/in Customer Support, GTM/Revenue operations or BI, would be advantageous.
