Your futures missions :
Based in Barcelona, you will join papernest's New Business team, one of the company's key strategic growth priorities.
Reporting directly to Benjamin Lazimi, Head of New Business Unit, you will play a key role in building and scaling our acquisition strategy from the ground up. As one of the first members of this team, you will combine analytical thinking, experimentation and project management to identify growth opportunities and turn insights into business impact.
Rather than joining an established business, you will help define the acquisition playbook for a business that is still being built. You won't simply optimize an existing acquisition machine, you'll help build it.
As a Growth Strategy Analyst, you will:
Build and scale our growth strategy
Launch and optimize paid acquisition initiatives across channels (Google Ads, Meta, TikTok, Affiliates...).
Identify new growth opportunities through market research, experimentation and competitor benchmarking.
Prioritize initiatives based on business impact, scalability and expected profitability.
Analyze performance and drive decisions
Own the performance of your initiatives across the entire acquisition funnel, from acquisition costs to conversion and revenue.
Perform in-depth analyses to understand performance drivers and identify optimization opportunities.
Translate data into actionable recommendations and support strategic decisions on where to invest next.
Analyze creative performance to identify the messages and formats that drive growth.
Drive cross-functional projects
Work closely with Product, Data, CRM, Design and Operations teams to successfully launch and scale new initiatives.
Lead the creative process for new acquisition channels, from briefing to performance analysis.
Foster a strong test-and-learn culture by designing, monitoring and evaluating experiments.
