We don’t just "manage" operations; we build the engine. As a core member of the FR Ops team, you are the pilot of a specific business line. Your goal is simple: optimize, innovate, and scale. You’ll sit at the intersection of Sales, Product, and Data to turn complex problems into streamlined, high-performing systems.
Your mission: distill a vision for operations that aligns with the company’s business plan, and develop a resilient system performing at its maximal potential.

Your futures missions :
Your Key Responsibilities
Full Ownership: You own the P&L and KPIs for your business line. From driving sales growth to boosting CSAT, the buck starts and ends with you.
Deep Dive Analysis: Use SQL and Google Sheets to dissect performance, identify bottlenecks, and deploy action plans.
Cross-Functional Leadership: You are the glue. You’ll coordinate with Product, Marketing, and Sales to ensure everyone is aligned with the FR business plan.
Innovate and Iterate: Proactively seek improvements, test new ideas, and share learnings to help the team evolve.
Mentor and Learn: Provide constructive feedback to peers, embrace growth opportunities, and encourage a culture of continuous development.
Your manager
You’ll work under the guidance of the B2B2C Operations Lead, Quentin, and the FR Head of Operations, Jacques, who will provide oversight and support as you drive meaningful outcomes in your role.
About you :
1 year of experience in operations, project management, consulting, or a related field, where you've developed strong problem-solving skills and the ability to drive impact.
Analytical : You leverage data to monitor performance, assess priorities, and weigh pros and cons of potential projects.
Growth & Resilience: You see challenges as opportunities, bounce back from setbacks stronger, and embrace continuous learning.
Action-Oriented: You transform ideas into tangible outcomes and consistently meet (or beat) deadlines.
Team Player: You thrive in a collaborative environment, value diverse perspectives, and contribute positively to team dynamics.
Language: Fluent in English (our internal language) and French (for the local market).
