Your futures missions :

Creating Value Through Analytics

- Perform ad hoc analyses: to support decision-making and identify growth levers.
- Conduct deep-dive analyses: at the intersection of Operations, Quality, Training, and WFM (recruitment, upskilling, scheduling, etc.).

Boost the productivity of business teams.

- Automate team tasks by creating innovative new tools.
- Implement alerting systems to detect potential issues and anticipate market shifts.
- Develop optimisation algorithms and integrate them into existing processes to achieve tangible results.

Data Reliability and Accessibility Management

- Ensure data reliability from various sources.
- Maintain and develop dashboards to make data accessible to all teams

About you :

- You have a degree from a Business or Engineering school.
- You are a fast learner and can quickly master new topics and skills.
- You are proficient in SQL, analytical tools, and logical reasoning.
- You are creative, resourceful, and autonomous.
- You are comfortable interacting with diverse cross-functional teams.
- You have an entrepreneurial mindset, constantly seeking new opportunities, optimisations, and things to test.
- Previous experience in the digital sector is a plus!
