As a Strategy & Operations intern, you will be a key stakeholder in the New Business department, working across several teams: Ops, Customer Care, Data, Finance, CRM, Product and Strategy from July 2026 for 6 months.

Your responsibilities :

• You will be responsible for a portion of the operations

• You will contribute to delivering the best customer experience on the market

• You will analyze performance and identify growth drivers

• You will be at the heart of the strategy for a flagship papernest project

And above all, you will lead the launch and scaling of two new offerings, starting from scratch!

This internship is a unique opportunity to discover a scale-up from every angle and to contribute directly to its strategic projects. You will develop valuable technical skills and versatility for the rest of your career.

Your profile :

• With a degree from a business or engineering school, you have initial experience in project management and/or operations, ideally within a startup

• You possess strong analytical skills and excellent problem-solving abilities

• Autonomous and rigorous, you have a strong aptitude for teamwork

• You are fluent in French and English.
