As part of its expansion plan, papernest wishes to open a new site.
We are looking for a Site Production Director for our future site located in Porto to start the site from scratch and subsequently lead our B2B2C Sales teams (from 50 to 100 FTE) in the French market.
Your responsibilities :
implementation of the new site in the locality
Support in finding the optimal facilities in the locality: location, facilities, contractual conditions, negotiation, etc.
Full coordination and implementation of site/contact centre facilities: space layout design, compliance with local legal requirements, procurement of general furniture, on-site coordination of technology and communications.
B2B2C sales team management
Recruit, hire and train managers, trainers and experts (sales agents) with the help of TA, HR and Training.
Encourage, motivate and build loyalty among production teams
Maximise retention and minimise absenteeism by working with HR on clear action plans.
Spread the Papernest strategy, culture and vision across all levels of the organisation (team leaders, trainers, salespeople - experts)
Support managers in supervising and directing the performance of their teams, both on a daily basis and in specific actions.
Assess direct employees, define their areas for development, and support their professional growth.
Communicate to ensure that teams fully understand and adhere to the company project.
Define and calculate the bonus plan for the management team.
Setting monthly targets and calculating bonuses for agents and production managers.
Site production management
Monitor, question and analyse production indicators, identify and implement levers for improvement with your teams and management.
Define, implement, and monitor the action plan with the production teams.
Analyse capacity forecasts and ensure the operation is carried out.
Monitor margins/efficiency
Work closely with other departments (Training, HR, TA, Head Ops, Quality, Sales OPS, WFM) to ensure the site performs correctly.
Ensure best practices in quality and discourse.
Preparation and participation in the site's monthly performance committee.
With the support of Papernest's central departments, ensure compliance with the contractual aspects of your employees: payment of salaries, respect for contractual commitments, compliance with labour laws and collective agreements.
Management of site facilities in the locality
Manage and ensure the general needs of the site: facilities, furniture, computers, service providers, communications, etc., with the help of papernest's central support departments (Finance, HR, Technology, etc.).
Searching for and managing local service providers
Papernest's primary point of contact with local authorities.
Manage allocated budgets: site maintenance, team activities and events,
Your profile :
Academic background: Ideally a higher level education in a Business subject

Languages:
Must-have: Fluent French & English.
"Nice-to-have": Spanish & Portuguese

Previous experience:
Must-have: >7 years' experience in managing a B2C or B2B2C call centre
Nice-to-have: experience in B2C or B2B2C telesales activities
Project management experience:
Ability to plan, execute and measure.
