As a Tech Recruiter, you will be instrumental in scaling our Technology department by sourcing, attracting, and hiring top-tier engineering talent, working closely with our hiring managers in the Barcelona and Paris office.

Your responsibilities :

Manage the full recruitment lifecycle for a diverse range of technical roles (e.g., Backend, Frontend, DevOps, Data).

Develop and execute creative sourcing strategies to build strong pipelines of passive and active candidates.

Partner effectively with hiring managers to understand their specific team needs and define clear selection criteria.

Conduct initial screenings and technical interviews to assess candidates' skills and motivation.

Ensure an exceptional candidate experience throughout the entire process.

Maintain and update the Applicant Tracking System (ATS) to ensure data accuracy.

Contribute to employer branding initiatives, particularly those aimed at the French tech community.

Stay up-to-date on market trends, compensation benchmarks, and innovative recruitment techniques in the tech industry.

Your profile :

Experience level - 3+ years of experience in technical recruitment, ideally within a scale-up or high-growth tech environment.

Full-cycle Tech Recruiting, Direct Sourcing (LinkedIn Recruiter, specialized platforms),

ATS Management (Workday is a plus).

Excellent Communication, Results-Oriented, Adaptability.

Fluent French (C1/C2) and Professional working proficiency in English (B2+). Spanish is a plus.
