As a B2C Performance Lead, you will :

Maximize the value of every paid and SEO lead by turning acquisition intent into revenue through sharp segmentation, relentless KPI piloting, and tight orchestration of our external sales/BPO partners. You are the bridge between growth marketing and on-the-ground execution, owning the setup, the funnel, and the outcome.

You’ll be judged on outcomes, not activities. You will:

  • Diagnose the funnel end-to-end: map each lead source to sales outcomes, surface the biggest levers, and turn them into a focused plan.
  • Redesign segmentation & routing: design call routing, lead scoring, and prioritization rules; implement crisp CRM/automation playbooks.
  • Level-up partner performance: you will team-up with BPO Management unit to run a high-cadence operating system with BPOs.
  • Stand up actionable dashboards: create a single source of truth for conversion, efficiency, and quality; add early-warning signals to catch drift before it hurts results.
  • Pilot and scale new partners/channels: structure experiments, negotiate and onboard, measure impact fast, scale winners, and sunset what doesn’t work.
  • Close the loop with Marketing: feed ground truth on targeting, creative, and offers; ensure zero lag from decision to execution across partner.
  • Unblock fast: identify bottlenecks, make the next best move, and ship improvements continuously.
  • Run disciplined weekly/bi-weekly syncs with all your main stakeholders, to spread vision and enforce concrete actions.

About you :

With 3-5 years of experience, you’ve demonstrated:

  • Bilingual fluency in French and English (spoken and written) ;
  • Sharp funnel thinking: you’ve applied end-to-end funnel logic to crack complex business problems, whether in consulting engagements or day-to-day Ops (SalesOps, RevOps, etc.).
  • Analytical excellence: In your previous roles, decision-making through data wasn’t optional, it was the job. You consistently excelled at turning numbers into clear, simple, and decisive actions that drive results.
  • You have already managed complex projects: you coordinated many stakeholders, set crisp owners and timelines, hit deadlines, and know how to make a collective move fast (clear owners, tight cadences, visible scoreboards). You are able to prove it with concrete examples.
  • Adaptive, humble communicator: You have been in situations of briefing execs, coaching front-line teams, and aligning peers. You are direct, low-ego, and audience-aware.

Hiring Process :

  • First Call with Clémence, Talent Acquisition Manager (30 min)
  • Deep-dive interview (60–75 min): life story + drill one hard project to bedrock (why/how/what broke/metrics), then a contrast case. We look for uncoached detail and ownership. The interview will take place with Jacques-Sully, our Head of Operations for the French Market.
  • Business Case (2 hours + 60-min review): a real case of our current funnel. We evaluate result and reasoning. The interviewer will be Jacques-Sully and Olivier, our COO
