The Role
This is not a traditional creative role.
As Creative Strategist for Performance, you are the strategic link between data and creativity. You take performance signals from Meta, TikTok, and YouTube and translate them into clear, compelling creative concepts that convert.
You will lead the full creative sprint cycle analysing the previous week's results, deciding on concepts, and briefing the production team. You will define the hooks, angles, and formats that reduce cost per lead and increase spend volume, while keeping Oviva's brand and healthcare compliance standards firmly intact.
This role is based in a fast-moving scale-up environment. Priorities shift, decisions are made quickly, and the work you deliver has a direct impact on the business. You will bring:
- Solid experience in creative strategy and performance marketing, with a focus on paid social (Meta, TikTok, YouTube).
- Fluent German language proficiency - tone, nuance, and precise word choice are critical when creating healthcare advertising for the German market.
- Experience in a scale-up or fast-growth environment - you are effective even when priorities change and processes are still being built.
- A structured, systems-focused mindset - you build repeatable frameworks, not just one-off ideas.
- The ability to move between performance data and creative thinking - you interpret test results and know immediately what to brief next.
- Leading the Creative Sprint Engine - setting sprint goals, managing the creative backlog, and ensuring every concept meets quality and compliance standards before going live.
- Developing performance-led creative concepts based on competitor analysis, audience data, and an understanding of consumer motivation - defining the hooks and formats that drive results.
- Writing detailed creative briefings, leading reviews with the production team, and maintaining a Decision Log so every iteration is documented and traceable.
- Working closely with channel owners (Meta, Google/Demand Gen) to interpret A/B test results and translate data into clear creative direction for the next sprint.
- Ensuring all performance assets align with Oviva's brand identity and meet the regulatory requirements of healthcare advertising (HWG).
- Managing workflows in FigJam and Jira to keep production on schedule and sprint cycles efficient.
