About the Role As a Recruiting Coordinator, you will support and improve the end-to-end hiring process. You’ll lead structured intake meetings, manage active searches, and ensure timely, professional communication with hiring managers and candidates. You will apply performance-based hiring principles and become a power user of our recruiting systems. Location: This position can be based anywhere in the US. Compensation: The compensation for this position generally ranges between $50,000-$70,000.
