The Head of Workforce Reinvention will lead, expand, and scale that effort—overseeing the strategy, team, and systems that enable every function to operate faster and smarter. Success will be defined by 20%+ ARR growth without proportional headcount and expense growth while increasing employee satisfaction. Location: This position can be based anywhere in the US. Compensation: $180,000–$240,000 annual salary.
