About OpenSesameOpenSesame is the trusted partner for Workforce Reinvention in the age of AI.About the TeamThe Partners Team builds and scales relationships with leading LMSs, LXPs, HR platforms, and technology partners that distribute, bundle, or refer OpenSesame's enterprise learning solutions globally.Role OverviewAs Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will define and evolve OpenSesame’s partner strategy, lead a global team of Strategic Partner Managers, own the programmatic maturity of the partner ecosystem, and serve as an executive-level partner to both internal leaders and external stakeholders. Approx. 25% travel.Location: Remote (United States or Canada).Compensation: Base typically $180,000 to $200,000 USD annually plus up to 30% bonus.
