About the Team The Partners Team builds and scales mutually beneficial relationships with leading LMSs, LXPs, HR platforms, and technology partners that distribute, bundle, or refer to OpenSesame's solutions globally. As Director of Strategic Partnerships, you will act as the architect and leader of this ecosystem, connecting strategy to execution, partners to product, and opportunity to revenue. This role requires approximately 25% travel. Location: This is a remote role open to candidates based in the United States or Canada. Compensation: The base salary for this position typically ranges from $180,000 to $200,000 USD annually, plus eligibility for up to a 30% bonus.
