About the Role Lead and scale a predictable outbound engine for the SDR team, developing future sales talent and redefining how OpenSesame connects with the market through a balance of technology, creativity, and empathy. You’ll build an AI-Enhanced Outbound Playbook and partner cross-functionally to drive pipeline growth and process consistency. Location: This position can be based anywhere in the US. Compensation: Base $110,000–$119,000; OTE $157,000–$170,000.
