Your Role: VP, New Business Sales – US
As the Vice President of New Business Sales – US, you will spearhead Odaseva’s new business sales strategy and execution across the United States, playing a pivotal role in our expansion and continued market leadership. This is a highly strategic and hands-on role, leading a team of Account Executives and driving transformational deals with Fortune 500 companies.
You will be responsible for scaling our new business sales function, cultivating executive relationships, and driving revenue growth across key verticals, all while fostering a high-performance sales culture aligned with our values and long-term vision.
The Impact You’ll Make:
- Drive US New Business revenue growth by being responsible for New Business revenue targets, pipeline health, and forecasting accuracy, while collaborating closely with executive leadership on broader financial planning.
- Lead, mentor, and scale a high-performing team of Enterprise Account Executives, focusing on new business growth and talent development.
- Design and execute go-to-market strategies for new business acquisition, in collaboration with Marketing, Alliances, Product, and Customer Success teams.
- Personally engage with strategic enterprise prospects, including C-suite stakeholders, to develop high-value, long-term relationships.
- Support the execution of Odaseva’s structured enterprise sales methodology SPICED to drive complex deal execution and improve win rates.
- Contribute to product and market strategy by bringing customer feedback and competitive intelligence to internal stakeholders.
- Represent Odaseva at industry events, conferences, and executive briefings to increase brand visibility and demand.
Skills you will bring:
- 15+ years of experience in B2B enterprise software sales, with at least 8 years in a VP of Sales capacity, ideally within SaaS/PaaS, security, or data infrastructure.
- Knowledge of and experience in the Salesforce ecosystem or the data protection industry.
- A demonstrated track record of building and scaling new business sales teams from 30M - 100M
- Management international teams is a strong plus.
- Deep experience navigating complex enterprise sales cycles, especially within highly regulated or data-sensitive industries.
- Strong executive presence and proven ability to engage and influence C-level stakeholders.
- A passion for building, coaching, and empowering sales talent to achieve their highest potential.
- Willingness to travel up to 20% across the US for client meetings and strategic engagements.
