• Execute sales activities to promote Money Fellows products and services, ensuring achievement of assigned targets.
• Support the expansion of the agent and merchant network by identifying and onboarding new business opportunities within assigned areas.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with agents, merchants, and customers to ensure engagement and service quality.
• Conduct regular market visits and ensure proper coverage of assigned territories and outlets.
• Drive customer onboarding, product activation, and usage growth across the distribution network.
• Provide timely market insights, competitor feedback, and sales performance updates to management.
• Ensure agents and merchants operate in line with company policies, operational standards, and brand guidelines.

• Moderate experience (2–4 years) in sales, distribution, or field operations, preferably within fintech, telecom, or financial services.
• Good understanding of sales techniques, customer acquisition, and distribution channels.
• Ability to achieve sales targets and manage field activities effectively.
• Good communication and relationship-building skills.
• Basic analytical and reporting capabilities.
• Ability to work in dynamic, target-driven environments.
• Good proficiency in MS Office tools.
