Key Responsibilities
- Design, develop, and optimize robust, scalable APIs, microservices, and databases to support high-performance systems.
- Collaborate closely with technical and non-technical stakeholders to analyze requirements and translate features into effective solutions.
- Partner with the DevOps team to help define and implement containerization and orchestration strategies.
- Profile, tune, and optimize existing queries, services, and functions to improve performance and scalability.
- Conduct and oversee code reviews, ensure high test coverage through unit testing and test automation, and support CI pipelines.
- Continuously research and evaluate new frameworks, services, and tools to drive innovation and efficiency.
- Deliver maximum impact with efficient use of resources, balancing speed, quality, and cost.
- Support basic infrastructure and cloud service deployment and maintenance in collaboration with the DevOps team.
- Work closely with Front-end and UX teams to deliver seamless, user-centric features end-to-end.
Key Qualifications
- Minimum 4 years of experience in .Net development or other OOP.
- In-depth experience with the following:
- Source code control tools like GitHub and scaffolding tools like EF.Core.
- CI/CD, Cloud Providers (AWS or Azure), API Security.
- Database profiling and optimization for both RDBMS & NoSQL.
- Microservices and modular architecture.
- 3rd party integrations.
A plus: · Experience with:
- A/B Testing and Serverless concepts/tools.
- Platform monitoring tools and fraud detection.
- Serverless architecture.
- Message Brokers and Queues.
- Code scanners and inspectors (ex. SonarQube).
