Key Responsibilities
- Manage vendor agreements, partnerships, NDAs, SLAs, and service agreements.
- Support Product, Finance, Tech, HR, and Operations teams on legal matters.
- Monitor compliance with applicable laws and regulatory requirements.
- Handle board documentation, powers of attorney, corporate filings, and statutory records.
- Review new products, features, and business models from a legal perspective.
- Standardize contract templates and internal legal procedures.
- Coordinate legal documentation for regulators and licensing matters.
Key Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in law (LLB).
- Licensed to practice law in Egypt.
- 5–8 years of experience in corporate/commercial legal roles.
- Experience in fintech, financial services, or regulated environments preferred.
- Strong contract drafting and advisory experience.
- Background in reputable law firm or in-house legal department.
- Experience or exposure to sustainability, labor law, gender equality, and anti-corruption practices is considered an added advantage.
