Key Responsibilities
- Develop and produce high-quality Reels and short-form video content aligning with Money Fellows’ branding.
- Ideate, storyboard, and execute creative video concepts to explain financial services in an engaging and easy-to-understand manner.
- Monitor and incorporate trending topics, sounds, and styles from social media platforms into the content.
- Collaborate with the marketing team to ensure video content aligns with campaigns, organizational goals, and the overall marketing funnel.
- Partner with product and customer support teams to showcase key features and address user pain points effectively.
- Analyze Reels’ performance using analytics tools to inform and optimize future content strategies.
- Experiment with various content types, formats, and durations to enhance engagement and reach.
- Create relatable and shareable content to foster audience interaction.
- Work with the social media team to manage responses to comments and messages on Reels.
Key Qualifications
- At least 2 years of proven experience creating Reels or short-form video content (portfolio or work samples required).
- Proficiency in video editing software such as CapCut or equivalent tools.
- In-depth understanding of social media platforms (Instagram, TikTok, Facebook) and their trends.
- Strong storytelling skills with an eye for design and detail.
- Understanding of modern marketing funnels and how content drives users through awareness, consideration, and conversion stages.
- Use of AI manipulation tools (e.g., AI-driven editing, captioning, or content generation) is a plus and would set you apart.
- Knowledge of fintech or a passion for simplifying financial topics is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills.
