About the Role
Get behind the scenes of fintech data! As a People Analytics Intern, you’ll support the People & Organization team in building automations, improving data quality, and developing insightful reports that guide decision-making. You’ll work with real organizational data, explore new tools, and contribute to projects that improve how we operate.
What You’ll Do
- Develop and maintain automation scripts using Python, Power Automate, and Microsoft 365 tools.
- Build and optimize data pipelines that integrate P&O systems such as HRIS, ATS (Applicants Tracking Systems) and Excel trackers.
- Write and troubleshoot SQL queries and DAX measures for Power BI dashboards.
- Support in data cleaning, validation, and reconciliation processes.
- Collaborate with the P&O team to ideate and implement creative data solutions.
What We’re Looking For
- GIU Student of fresh graduate in Data Science or Software Engineering.
- Technical Skills:
- Python (pandas, automation, API requests)
- SQL (data manipulation and extraction)
- DAX (Power BI calculations)
- Excel (formulas, lookups, pivots)
- Power Automate / Power BI experience is a plus
- Basic API knowledge and familiarity with OneDrive or Microsoft 365 tools
- Soft Skills:
- Fast learner with curiosity for data and automation
- Analytical and detail-oriented
- Strong problem-solving mindset and creativity in finding process improvements
- Team player with good communication skills
