About the Role
Step into the world of agile! As a Scrum Master Intern, you’ll learn how to keep teams running efficiently, facilitate sprints, and support cross-functional collaboration within a dynamic fintech setup.
What You’ll Do
- Support sprint planning, daily stand-ups, and retrospectives.
- Help track progress and remove blockers.
- Learn about agile tools like Jira and project documentation.
- Collaborate with tech leads and product managers.
What We’re Looking For
- GIU student or fresh graduate in Business, Engineering, or related field.
- Organized, communicative, and detail-oriented.
- Interest in project management and agile methodology.
