At Money Fellows, we’re scaling fast and need a strategic yet hands-on HR Operations Lead who thrives in a fast-paced, tech-driven environment. You'll be the guardian of smooth and scalable HR processes, leading our Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Total Rewards strategy. From maintaining compliance to designing people-first programs — your work will directly impact the wellbeing and growth of our teams.

Your Key Responsibilities:

Payroll

  • Oversee and execute monthly payroll processes with precision and compliance.
  • Ensure full alignment with local labor laws, tax regulations, and social insurance requirements.
  • Collaborate with Finance for timely processing of salaries and bonuses.
  • Maintain confidential employee payroll data securely.

Compensation & Benefits (C&B)

  • Design, benchmark, and maintain salary structures that attract and retain talent.
  • Manage benefit programs including health insurance, allowances, and employee perks.
  • Provide clear and responsive communication on C&B-related queries.
  • Stay up to date with compensation trends and recommend improvements.

Total Rewards

  • Develop and implement a strategic Total Rewards framework (fixed, variable, and long-term incentives).
  • Analyze the impact of current rewards on engagement, retention, and performance.
  • Partner with People and Business leaders on recognition programs and merit-based increases.
  • Ensure alignment of rewards with performance management and business goals.

  • 6–10 years of experience in HR Operations, including at least 3 years in a leadership role.
  • Proven expertise in Payroll, Compensation & Benefits, and Total Rewards.
  • Hands-on experience with payroll software and HR systems.
  • Strong knowledge of Egyptian labor law, tax, and social insurance regulations.
  • Analytical mindset with proficiency in Excel and reporting tools.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in fast-paced, scaling environments (startup/tech preferred).
