We are seeking an experienced Senior Supply Chain Planner to join our Planning team in Taiwan. This role plays an important part in ensuring the seamless flow of products across our manufacturing network. In this position, you will work closely with subcontractors, suppliers, logistics partners, and internal stakeholders to drive production performance, secure material availability, and deliver on customer commitments. You will be at the center of daily operations, balancing priorities, solving complex supply chain challenges, and enabling on-time delivery in a dynamic, fast-paced environment. Key responsibilities
Serve as the primary interface with subcontractors to ensure production deliveries are met.
Monitor daily production status to maintain smooth product flow in outsourced manufacturing operations.
Track purchase orders and ensure timely vendor processing.
Secure material availability to meet demand requirements.
Coordinate with suppliers and forwarders on material transfer arrangements.
Monitor cycle times of key processes to achieve delivery goals.
Resolve day-to-day conflicts in production priorities.
Liaise with suppliers regarding build documents and special work requests.
Respond to urgent requirements from Customer Service and provide shipment commitments for critical items.
Collaborate closely with internal groups to align on targets and expectations.
Key Qualifications
Bachelor's degree in Industrial Enginering, Business Administration or a related field
3- 5 years of planning experience in a manufacturing environment (Semiconductor industry experience is an advantage but not required)
Experience with planning software
Working knowledge of MS Office and ERP systems
