Launched in 2013, ManoMano is the reference online marketplace for DIY, home improvement and gardening. Co-founded by Philippe de Chanville and Christian Raisson, ManoMano brings together the largest offer of DIY & gardening online products: electricity, plumbing, hardware, frames, indoor and outdoor furniture, tools, etc. With more than 5 000 seller partners and 10 million products, ManoMano currently employs 600 people and operates in 6 markets (France, Belgium, Spain, Italy, Germany, United Kingdom).

ROLE & RESPONSIBILITIES


As part of ManoMano’s France Construction, Hardware & Carpentry team, the Account Manager will manage a portfolio of French brands and sellers, ensuring strong relationships and driving commercial growth.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Support sellers and brands in defining and executing roadmaps to boost sales on ManoMano.

  • Advise on new integration, pricing, product selection, availability, and logistics.

  • Coordinate and oversee projects to maximize volume and profitability, including logistics, advertising, and cross-border operations.

  • Maintain a 360° view of sellers to prioritize high-impact initiatives and support strategic negotiations.

  • Manage day-to-day portfolio activities and facilitate collaboration between technical and business teams.

PROFILE

  • Results-driven, with strong analytical skills to track sales performance and develop actionable plans (advanced GSheets, Excel, and Qlik; SQL a plus).

  • Strong interest and expertise in the DIY sector, particularly Construction, Carpentry and Timbery. Previous industry experience is appreciated

  • Highly organized with proven portfolio management skills

  • Excellent written and oral communication, with the ability to influence internal teams and external partners at a high level.

  • Solid understanding of e-commerce challenges, including UX, B2B operations, product selection, delivery experience, and competitive landscape.

  • Strong business sense and innovation mindset

  • Strong negotiation skills with a proven record of closing high-value deals.

  • Comfortable in a fast-changing, ambiguous environment.

Fluent in French and English.
