MISSIONS:
Reporting directly to the Head of Legal, become our company's new DPO. You will handle issues related to personal data protection law, IT law, intellectual property law, and new technologies.

Your responsibilities will include:
- Support and advice to operational teams (customer service, sales, transportation and logistics, communications, data, product, etc.);
- Drafting and negotiating IT contracts
- Drafting and negotiating IP contracts (for influencers, creative agencies, advertising agencies, etc.);
- Managing the trademark and domain name portfolio;
- Assisting in the management of pre-litigation and litigation (illicit reproduction of trademarks and/or content, etc.);
- Managing and supervising GDPR compliance actions;
- Facilitation of internal training and workshops for operational teams, particularly as part of DPO assignments;
- Assisting in the implementation of standard processes and documents (letters, contracts, etc.) for operational teams;
- Designing and updating data protection policies and procedures, as well as information notices;
- Maintaining records;
- Conducting and supervising personal data protection impact assessments;
- Managing requests to exercise access rights.

The evolving nature of the position may lead you to occasionally address legal issues related to other areas of law.

REQUIRED PROFILE:
- Education: Master's degree (IP/IT - NTIC - Data Privacy) and/or holder of the CAPA (Certificate of Professional Accounting).

- Experience: Minimum 6 years of experience in a legal department and/or a law firm.

- Skills:
o Excellent writing and negotiation skills;
o Fluent in both French & English.
