Summary of the role:

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Go-To-Market (GTM) Operations Trainee to join our team. Our GTM Operations team is a global group, touching and supporting all areas of M-Files go-to-market efforts. This trainee position is designed for individuals passionate about developing their skills in a fast-paced, supportive environment. As a GTM Operations Trainee, you will work closely with various departments, including Sales, Marketing, and Product Management, to assist in the execution of our go-to-market strategies.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Support GTM Operations team on periodical tasks
  • Track exceptional contract terms
    • Help us understand the magnitude of contracts having non-standard contractual terms, types of such terms and ways of better track the exceptions
    • Leverage M-Files internal vaults and AI capabilities, our CPQ tool and Salesforce
    • Tied to bigger initiative, exposure to other areas related to it possible
  • Support managing M-Files' Request for Proposal (RFx) tool
    • Support in efforts to make our RFx tool more usable
  • Support in pricing related projects
    • Analyze patterns of pricing and discounting behavior
    • Analyze implications of pricing model changes
    • Use BI tools and Microsoft Office Suite to build and show findings
    • The goal is to help us understand how we are able to sell the value of higher editions for new and existing customers
  • Ad hoc projects based on selected candidates' strengths
  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
  • Strong interest in marketing, sales, renewals and customer success operational management.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
  • Basic understanding of digital marketing & sales tools and analytics platforms is a plus.
  • Highly organized with strong attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
  • Eagerness to learn and take on new challenges.

This is a paid fixed-term contract for four months, starting in May 2025 (start date can be agreed).

The salary will depend on your study credits and will range between 2200-2880 EUR/month.
