About littlefish:

We are a fast-growing fintech startup powering financial institutions across the African continent through our full stack enterprise platform. Proudly rooted in South African values but with a vision that transcends borders, we provide a single stack that powers merchant acquiring across payments, onboarding, engagement, commerce and operations.
Help us enable every enterprise, connect every merchant, and make every transaction intelligent. Your work will create lasting change in how financial services are delivered.

The Role

This is a rare opportunity to build the product marketing and community function at a fintech platform that powers some of Africa's largest financial institutions. You will define the narrative, design the community infrastructure, and shape how an entire ecosystem understands and adopts the platform. There is no inherited playbook. You bring the thinking, the craft, and the execution.
This role owns product marketing and building community at littlefish. We have built the infrastructure powering the largest banks on the continent. Now, we are building the ecosystem around it. You will own platform positioning for enterprise clients and their users and architect a community model that turns customers into champions. We are looking for someone who is comfortable with responsibility for both setting direction and delivering the work. You shape platform positioning, support enterprise financial institution sales, and personally execute the marketing outputs that make those narratives real.
You work closely with the Head of Ecosystem and Growth, sales, product, and leadership to turn platform capability into clear commercial stories and keep the business aligned on what we sell, how we sell it, and why it matters.
