Role Expectations
As a Payments Product Manager, you'll be responsible for researching and building our product suite to shape a future where a better way of commerce is realised for micro and small business owners. Your primary focus will be developing and aligning our product roadmap for in-store and online payment integrations with different payment partners including research and design of key features, and work closely with all teams to ship products. You will be responsible for coordinating across teams internally to move from ideation to scale including engineering, design, sales, customer success, data analytics and marketing. As a result you will need to be a strong communicator that can work cross-functionally.

You have deep knowledge of different payment methods and have strong prior experience on guiding the entire workflow of integrations.
You have familiarity with the commercialisation of payment solutions across diverse payment partners.
You have familiarity with industry compliance and security standards in the payment industry and are able to plan roadmap and technical requirements accordingly.
You have a deep appreciation for customer needs and pain points and a willingness to dive deep into the behaviour, preferences and expectations of micro and small business owners
You speak bravely and listen deeply, finding the balance between challenging us to think outside the box and be creative while ensuring that you’re gleaning from all perspectives and voices
You embrace continuous learning to build the best products
You know when to say No and are also able to prioritise so that the urgent is resolved, the important is addressed and the long-term is taken care of
What a littlefish Payments Product Manager does
Define the build and delivery for our products, aligned with our roadmap and strategic objectives
Prioritise features and create user stories based on customer feedback, business goals, and technical feasibility
Collaborate with Engineering and Design teams to ensure timely and successful product development and release
Work closely with Design to create wireframes, prototypes, and user interfaces that align with user needs and business objectives
Work closely with Sales and Customer Success to understand client needs, onboarding challenges and how to create user stickiness and value
Monitor product performance, gather feedback, and iterate based on user insights and metrics
