Chief Creative Officer
Administration
Paris, France
La Vie is on a mission to make plant-based proteins tastier and cooler than animal ones.
In five years, we have built one of the most loved plant-based brands in Europe. We operate in retail and foodservice across France and the UK as priority markets and are present in 10 countries. Our portfolio spans meat analog products, plant-based sandwiches and now a tofu range.
Fearless creativity is at the core of our identity.
Reporting directly to Nicolas, our CEO and co-founder, you will lead a department built around four pillars: social media, art direction, creativity & copywriting and events & partnerships. You also lead our agency partners and manage a substantial brand budget spanning creative development, production, activations and amplification.
As Chief Creative Officer, your ambition is clear: make La Vie a brand people recognise instantly, love and choose.
You own how La Vie looks, sounds and shows up across every touchpoint. You turn our brand positioning into bold ideas, iconic campaigns and cultural moments that people want to watch, share and talk about.
You have a fearless brand, a creative team and a substantial budget. Your job is to make them count.
Spot creative opportunities across the business and give your teams the clarity and freedom to bring the best ideas to life.

Champion bold creative ideas and protect what makes them distinctive from first concept to launch.
Set a high creative bar and make every campaign, pack and partnership feel unmistakably La Vie.
You own brand expression, not brand positioning or growth strategy. In partnership with the Chief Growth Strategy & Innovation, you translate the agreed positioning and business priorities into distinctive creative work.
2. Creative operations & studio management
Make ambitious creative work happen without burying it in process.
Turn business priorities from Innovation and the France and UK marketing teams into clear, inspiring briefs
Set clear priorities and bring together the right mix of in-house talent, freelancers and agencies
Deliver ambitious work on time and within budget, with clear ownership and high creative standards

Raise the creative standard of all content produced
Bring stronger cultural relevance and consumer insight into content creation

Identify new content formats and creative opportunities
Help teams create content that people genuinely want to watch, share and talk about

Create iconic, category-defining partnerships like what we did with Burger King and Picard.
Oversee influencer activations from strategy to execution
Maximise the PR and social impact of brand initiatives
5. Team leadership
Manage and develop:
Social & Influence Managers

Freelancers
Creative agencies

Create a culture of excellence, speed, ownership and creativity.
