Why this job exists

Data is at the heart of everything we do at La Vie. The data analyst will play a key role in empowering our teams with actionable insights, helping us optimize performance across business units. This role requires strong autonomy, a business-centric mindset, and the ability to translate complex data into strategic recommendations. We already have a sophisticated setup in place that you will have to maintain and grow.

Main responsibilities & key results

1. Turn data into business impact

• Collect, analyze, and interpret data from multiple sources (sales, marketing, supply chain, finance, etc.) to drive strategic decisions.

• Identify key trends and performance drivers, providing clear recommendations to stakeholders.

• Build and maintain dashboards & reports to ensure teams have real-time visibility on key metrics.

• Partner with different teams to understand their challenges and provide data-driven solutions.

2. Build a data-driven culture

• Educate teams on best practices for leveraging data in decision-making.

• Develop tools, automated reports, and processes to enhance efficiency and data accessibility.

• Challenge existing assumptions with rigorous analysis and bring fresh perspectives.

3. Optimize performance across business units

• Deep-dive into sales performance to identify growth levers and revenue opportunities.

• Support marketing with campaign analysis, attribution modeling, and ROI measurement.

• Help supply chain & operations teams optimize production and inventory management through predictive analytics.

• 3+ years of experience in data analysis, business intelligence, or related fields.

• Strong autonomy: You thrive in an environment where you take ownership and proactively solve problems.

• Business-centric mindset: You understand that data is a means to an end – driving real business impact.

• Analytical expertise: You are comfortable handling large datasets and using tools like SQL, Python, or BI platforms (Tableau, Looker, Power BI).

• Storytelling skills: You know how to turn complex data into compelling insights that influence decisions.

• Collaboration: You enjoy working cross-functionally with sales, marketing, operations, and finance teams.

• Fluent in French and English (La Vie’s internal language).

You will have a first video call with HR and a second interview with our CEO Nicolas, followed by a business case!
