Your tasks
Are you passionate about building brands and telling stories that resonate? Join our DACH Team in Berlin as a Senior PR & Corporate Communications Manager (m/f/d) and shape our integrated communications strategy across lifestyle and corporate media. You’ll drive compelling narratives around our business, sustainability, and growth, lead impactful product PR, and position our brand in the conversations that matter. Your responsibilities will be:
- Integrated Media Strategy: Develop and execute a 360-degree PR strategy that spans B2C lifestyle media (Food, Health, Lifestyle) and Corporate/Business media (Tech, Retail, Finance).
- Corporate Storytelling: Craft narratives around our business model, sustainability efforts, and international expansion to position KoRo as a leader in the D2C and retail space.
- Lifestyle & Product PR: Lead the charge on product launches and seasonal campaigns, securing high-impact placements in consumer outlets and managing our relationship with key media stakeholders.
- LinkedIn & Thought Leadership: Own the KoRo LinkedIn presence. You will manage the brand's corporate profile and act as a strategic advisor to our founders/C-level, ghostwriting thought-leadership content that actually gets people talking (and sharing).
- Crisis & Reputation Management: Act as the first point of contact for media inquiries. You know how to stay cool, transparent, and proactive when the heat is on.
- Network Building: Maintain and expand a robust network of journalists, influencers, and industry experts across the DACH region and our key international markets.
- Agency Steering & Management: You are the lead contact for our external PR agencies (Lifestyle/Consumer and Corporate/Business). You brief them, challenge their strategies, and ensure they deliver high-quality results that align with KoRo’s unique tone of voice.
- Internal Stakeholder Alignment: You act as a strategic partner to our Management, Product Management, Sustainability, and Marketing teams. You translate internal milestones into compelling public stories and ensure all departments are "on message."
