Expand the landscape: Audit our current tracking setup on our web and app and implement new event tracking schemas aligned with our customer journey and product roadmap.
Enable experimentation: Identify and resolve existing tracking discrepancies to ensure our tracking and A/B testing efforts (and subsequent data analysis) are accurate and actionable.
Optimize our data layer: Work with our developers to improve the Data Layer structure, ensuring it serves as a "single source of truth" for all third-party tools
Improve server-side tracking: Optimize and maintain our server-side tracking (sGTM) to improve data privacy, site performance, and measurement accuracy.
Bridge the gap: Work closely with the Product and Engineering teams to ensure new features are launched with "tracking-by-design."
