KoRo France is strongly accelerating its presence in Mass Retail (GMS) and Out-of-Home (OOH) channels.
We are looking for a Trade Marketing Apprentice or Intern to support this key growth phase. Your goal is to strength the brand’s impact in the field and turn strategy into concrete actions.
1. Strategic Planning – GMS & OOH
- Development: Design operational activation plans adapted to the specifics of Mass Retail and OOH channels.
- Briefs: Build activation briefs for retailers and partners (events, highlights, drive/click & collect operations, etc.).
- Field Analysis: Gather and analyze needs via Field Sales feedback, store constraints, and commercial opportunities.
- Solutions: Transform these needs into concrete, actionable, and deployable solutions.
2. Trade Activation – Execution & Operations
- Coordination: Manage relationships with agencies (POS, creative, production, logistics) ensuring quality, costs, and deadlines.
- Retail Deployment: Set up impactful activations in supermarkets (tastings, trade & promo operations, theatricalization, signage/POS, shelf talkers).
- OOH Tools: Participate in creating sampling kits, foodservice POS, and vending materials.
- Kit Management: Build and evolve tools (signage, displays, branding).
- Sales Force Support: Ensure the availability of field resources (allocations, logistics shipments) and answer daily needs (equipment support, merchandising coordination).
- Execution Monitoring: Check in-store compliance (photos, guideline adherence, actual vs. forecast deployment).
3. Evaluation & Retail Analysis
- Validation: Check all tools before distribution (POS, creative assets, shopper messages).
- Post-Activation Reviews: Analyze performance (sell-out, visibility impact, conversion rates, compliance).
- Budget Management: Follow up on quotes, reconciliation, and complete reporting.
- Monitoring: Drive internal tracking tools (dashboards, KPIs).
You will work daily with:
- Internal: Global Trade / Activation teams, Key Account Managers (GMS), Field Sales, Brand Marketing.
- External: Creative agencies, production, POS logistics, brand ambassadors.
- The Goal: Ensure fluid, fast, and premium execution at the point of sale.
