Your tasks

As KoRo grows and all teams depend on reliable and secure IT, we’re looking for a hands-on IT & Security Operations Specialist to help us keep our environment smooth, secure, and well-organised. You will work closely with our external partners and internal teams, take ownership of day-to-day IT operations, and support our company-wide NIS2 readiness.

  • Provide day-to-day IT support for our hybrid workforce (remote + office), solving issues quickly and with a service mindset

  • Support user lifecycle processes (onboarding, offboarding, access changes) together with P&C

  • Administer our core systems (Google Workspace, Microsoft 365, MS Dynamics, selected SaaS tools)

  • Support operations of MDM (with our external partner), device policies, and hardware lifecycle management

  • Maintain and improve our security fundamentals: SSO usage, MFA enforcement, access reviews, documentation, and basic monitoring

  • Support internal teams with tool access, routing requests to the right owners where needed

  • Assist in NIS2 tasks: evidence collection, asset lists, documentation updates, and keeping controls running

  • Keep our office IT environment healthy (network basics, meeting rooms, printers, Wi-Fi, etc.)

  • Keep track of SaaS tools, licenses, and inventories, ensuring minimum security requirements are met

  • Help evolve our processes and documentation as we grow (no enterprise stuff, just simple, clear processes)

Your profile
  • 1–3 years experience in IT support, IT operations, or similar hands-on technical role

  • Comfortable working with Google Workspace and/or Microsoft 365 (no need to be a deep expert)

  • Basic understanding of networks, security hygiene, and device management

  • Interested in security and happy to learn about NIS2, SSO, IAM, and compliance basics

  • Good communicator: able to work with P&C, Office Management and all teams in a friendly, helpful way

  • Structured, reliable, and detail-oriented: you like clean processes and checklists

  • Pragmatic mindset: you understand we’re a lean company and prefer simple, effective solutions over heavy enterprise tooling

  • English required, German a plus

What you can expect from us
  • Our diverse team is ready to be enriched and inspired by your ideas: help building the future of food retailing in our fast-growing start-up!
  • Extensive onboardings which will prepare you for your various and challenging tasks
  • Flexible working hours and home office options to ensure a good work-life balance
  • A beautiful and modern office in Berlin Schöneberg, easy to reach by public transport – and we cover the costs of your monthly BVG (public transport Berlin) ticket
  • Find your way (back) to the gym thanks to fitness cooperations with Urban Sports Club or FitX
  • Optimal performance thanks to a Windows laptop or a MacBook.
  • Well equipped office kitchen with fresh fruit, delicious KoRo snacks, coffee and tea
