About the role

inyad is seeking a Customer Support Specialist based in Cairo to enhance our product's impact by providing top-notch installation, training, and ongoing support to our POS clients. This role is essential in ensuring our clients have a seamless experience from the moment they install our system to their daily operations.

You will be responsible for

  • POS Installation & Setup: Install and configure POS hardware and software for new customers, ensuring everything is operational and tailored to their needs.
  • Client Training: Conduct thorough training sessions for clients and their staff, helping them understand and utilize all features of our POS system effectively.
  • Support & Troubleshooting: Provide prompt and accurate responses to client inquiries via email, chat, phone, and in-person, addressing any issues with the POS system and related hardware.
  • Deliveries & On-Site Support: Coordinate and manage the delivery of POS equipment to clients, offering on-site support when necessary to resolve any technical issues.
  • Documentation & Feedback: Maintain up-to-date documentation on support cases, installations, and client feedback, ensuring this information is easily accessible for future reference and improvement of services.

Your qualifications

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills in English - Arabic is a plus.
  • Exceptional organizational skills, with a keen attention to detail and punctuality.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, demonstrating a proactive and solution-oriented approach.
  • Technical aptitude with the ability to quickly learn and apply new technologies, particularly in the realm of POS systems and customer service tools.
