This is a high-impact, client-facing role within our Customer Success team. You will be responsible for ensuring a smooth and successful implementation of our solutions for new clients from first contact to full operational readiness. Your mission is to coordinate all steps of the process, guarantee an excellent client experience, and ensure that each client is fully prepared to use our products.

• Coordinate with clients to explain the implementation steps and guide them through the process.
• Liaise internally and with external partners to ensure equipment and materials are delivered on time.
• Oversee installation and training activities; perform installations and trainings when necessary.
• Anticipate and resolve logistical or operational issues quickly and efficiently.
• Maintain clear and accurate records of orders, deliveries, and client communications.
• Work closely with internal teams to continuously improve implementation workflows and client satisfaction.

• Bachelor’s degree or relevant technical/operational background.
• 1–2 years of experience in implementation, logistics, operations, customer success, or a related field (experience with hardware deployment is a plus but not required).
• Strong organizational, coordination, and multitasking skills.
• Excellent communication abilities (phone, email, messaging).
• Proactive problem-solving mindset and strong attention to detail.
• Comfortable using digital tools; familiarity with order management or tracking systems is an advantage.
