About the Role
Igloo is looking for a sharp, hungry commercial professional to own and grow its B2B2C
partnerships in the Philippines. This is a closing role — you will be responsible for signing new
partners, launching products, and growing commercial value across accounts. You will work
directly with leadership and be expected to operate independently from day one.
What You Will Own
- Identify, pitch, and close new B2B2C partnership deals with telcos, fintechs, e-commerce, and other distribution platforms
- Manage and grow existing partner accounts — with a clear focus on revenue growth, not just relationship maintenance
- Lead partner meetings, negotiations, and contract discussions independently
- Own the end-to-end launch process for new products with partners — coordinating internal teams and partner stakeholders
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of at least 6–8 active opportunities at any time
- Report on commercial KPIs weekly — signed contracts, pipeline value, launch milestones
What We Are Looking For
- 3–5 years of experience in partnerships, business development, or enterprise sales —
- ideally in insurtech, fintech, telco, or a B2B2C platform
- Proven track record of personally closing deals — not supporting or coordinating deals
- someone else closed
- Strong network in the Philippines digital ecosystem (GCash, Maya, telcos, e-commerce
- players) is a strong advantage
- Ability to operate without hand-holding — you manage your pipeline, your partners, and
- your outcomes
- Comfortable with ambiguity and fast-moving commercial environments
- Excellent communication and negotiation skills
