About the role
The Business Analyst provides the critical data-driven insights and operational support needed to drive Igloo’s commercial strategy. This role is perfect for a graduate who loves turning complex data into clear stories and ensuring complex projects stay on track.
Job Responsibilities
- Data Analysis & Reporting: Track and evaluate performance across account management and new business initiatives, using data to optimize decision-making.
- Commercial Support & Deck Creation: Design high-impact presentations and decks for prospective clients and internal strategic updates.
- Market Research: Deep-dive into industry trends, competitor activity, and customer needs to guide business development strategies.
- Project Management: Facilitate smooth communication and project coordination between departments to support partner onboarding.
- KPI Monitoring: Help establish and monitor KPIs related to business development and account growth.
- Education: Recent graduate with a Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field.
- Interest: A strong interest in the insurance, fintech, or tech industries.
- Communication: Excellent communication and presentation skills, with a focus on building connections with diverse audiences.
- Mindset: An analytical mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects and data sets simultaneously.
- Data-Driven: Proficiency in creating professional presentations and a knack for storytelling through data.
- Skills: Strong organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks and projects simultaneously.
