About the role
We are seeking an experienced Placement Executive with a strong focus on Employee Benefit insurance products to join our dynamic team.
Job Responsibilities
- Support management towards realizing business objectives
- Work with multiple departments -- e.g. underwriting, claims -- to include innovative new features in EB policies"
- Support SME segments sector regarding all the placing activities.
- Contact Insurance companies and do the schedule to ask them sign the Policy Book (if under CO-Insurance company)
- Ensuring process of wet signature from leader to member (for co-insurance company) runs smoothly
- Monitoring the process of printing invoice from Finance and sending it Insurance Company /Customers
- Monitoring the Endorsement Processes
- Responsible to order bind to Insurance
- Creating new Placement slip for the renewal notice calculation due date and sending Customers
- Monitoring and synchronizing premium bookings between placement and finance through insurance broking system
- Assisting finance team for premium collection monitoring
- Manage enrolment and various policy management tasks for the EB portfolio
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years of placement or technical insurance experience, preferably with proven insurtech experiences
- Strong background in health insurance and employee benefit
- Prior experience working in a high-growth environment, ideally with a mix of experience in MNCs and start ups/SME
- Critical thinking skills and growth mindset
- A self-starter with hands-on experience
- Strong negotiation skill
