Job Responsibilities
- Review accounts payable and receivable, including invoicing and payment tracking.
- Record financial transactions in the company’s accounting system.
- Ensure all financial data is accurate and up-to-date.
- Maintain and organize financial documents and records (digital and physical).
- Coordinate with other departments for financial data collection and reporting.
- Support the finance team during audits by providing necessary documentation.
- Provide administrative support to ensure smooth operations of the finance department.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field.
- Experience at least 1-2 years of experience in finance or administrative roles.
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- High attention to detail and accuracy.
- Good communication and interpersonal skills.
