About the role

We are looking for a proactive and people-driven Recruiter to join our HR team. This role will partner closely with hiring managers to identify talent needs, attract high-quality candidates, and ensure a seamless hiring experience. You will also contribute to building a strong employer brand and fostering an engaging employee experience at Igloo.

Job Responsibilities

  • Partner with Hiring Managers: Collaborate with stakeholders to understand hiring needs, workforce plans, and role requirements, ensuring alignment with business and strategic objectives.
  • End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the full recruitment lifecycle—from sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management to ensuring a smooth transition into onboarding.
  • Talent Pipeline Development: Build and maintain strong relationships with pre-qualified candidates to ensure a consistent talent pool for current and future hiring needs.
  • Employer Engagement & Culture: Work closely with the HR team to promote a culture of excellence, contributing to initiatives that strengthen employee engagement, motivation, and overall workplace experience.
  • Onboarding Support: Coordinate the onboarding process for new hires to ensure a positive and seamless experience that sets employees up for success.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or a related field.
  • 2–4 years of recruitment or talent acquisition experience, ideally in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
  • Experience in proactive sourcing and pipeline management.
  • Ability to work independently while collaborating effectively across teams.
  • Passion for people, culture, and delivering an exceptional candidate experience.
