**We Hope You Will:**
- As a member of the product manager team, you will be deeply involved in the entire lifecycle of insurance software products.
- Work closely with business teams to conduct detailed requirements analysis and gain a deep understanding of market pain points and needs in the insurance business.
- Be responsible for writing and maintaining detailed product specifications and requirements documents, ensuring the development team has a clear understanding of the product.
- **Project Collaboration:** Collaborate closely with relevant stakeholders such as development, business, and operations to ensure requirements are accurately communicated and successfully implemented.
- **Data Analysis:** Participate in product data analysis, collect user feedback, and provide data support for product iteration and optimization.
- **Documentation & Knowledge Management:** Assist in writing and updating product-related documentation, and participate in the organization and maintenance of the internal knowledge base.
- Continuously track industry trends and competitor products, providing insights and suggestions for product innovation.
- Collaborate with UI/UX designers, engineers, and the QA team to ensure products are delivered on time and with high quality.

- **Educational Background:** A final-year undergraduate or graduate student (senior year or year 3 of Master's) pursuing a Bachelor's or Master's degree, majoring in Insurance, Actuarial Science, or related fields.
- **Responsibility & Learning Ability:** Possess a strong sense of responsibility and passion for work; have excellent rapid learning skills, enabling you to quickly master new knowledge and skills.
- **AI Tool Proficiency:** Proficient in using various *AI tools and Large Language Models (LLMs)* to enhance work efficiency, for example, in document writing, data analysis, or creative ideation.
- **Communication & Collaboration:** Possess outstanding communication skills and a team-oriented spirit, able to express ideas clearly and effectively drive project progress.
- **Language Skills:** Possess good English reading and writing skills, enabling fluent reading of English documents; proficiency in using English as a working language for listening and speaking communication is preferred.
