About the role
We are seeking a proactive and detail-oriented Ops Support Intern to join our Placement and Brokerage team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in supporting the team's daily operations, ensuring efficiency and accuracy. You will gain hands-on experience in the fast-paced world of insurtech, assisting with vital administrative tasks, policy analysis, and market comparisons.

Job Responsibility
- Recheck and verify policies, invoices, and related documents for accuracy and proper record keeping.
- Assist with the distribution and filing of hard copy policies.
- Update and insert additional information (from 1 January 2025 to present) into the reconciled production report to support the Finance team in audit preparation for FY 2025.
- Provide support on various ad hoc operational and administrative tasks as required.
- Help ensure smooth workflow by assisting with tasks delegated from the core operations team.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy in handling large volumes of data.
- Good organizational and record-keeping skills.
- Basic knowledge of finance or audit processes is an advantage.
- Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word) or other data management tools.
- Flexible and adaptable to support ad hoc requests in a dynamic environment.
