About the role

We are seeking experienced Sales Admin with a strong focus on administration and insurance to join our dynamic team. As a Sales Admin you will be working with the business team and play a crucial role in operations to make Igloo become the future of insurance.

Job Responsibilities

  • Follow the procedures, compliance guidelines and working instructions related to all Igloo products for all lines of business in Indonesia.
  • Prepare weekly and monthly reports to support IPS Retail & Brokerage business lines.
  • Assist with all documents and documentation storage properly, outstanding premium payment, and administrations tasks
  • Support sales and marketing team of IPS Retail, Brokerage, B2C business lines
  • Ensure all collection activities comply with company policies, insurance regulations, and legal requirements.
  • Act as the point of contact and manage discussions and follow up with insurer or internal stakeholders regarding policy creation, endorsement, cancellation, etc
  • Monitor payment from clients and liaise with the Finance team in terms of sending the proof of payment.
  • Monitor renewal of existing clients by following up to the sales team based on production report data from the Placement team.
  • Monitor SLA of policy issuance on each of production conversions.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in sales support and administration
  • Bachelor's degree in relevant fields
  • Experience in general insurance/brokerage/insurtech
  • Strong in MS Excel and tech savvy
  • A self-starter with hands-on experience
