About the role

We are looking for a Contractual Operations Specialist to join our dynamic Philippines Operations team for a 3-month onsite engagement. This role is a hybrid of customer service and claims processing, providing both front-facing client support and backend insurance claim validation. You will play a key role in enhancing the experience of our customers and ensuring accurate claims servicing and reporting.

Job Responsibilities

  • Deliver excellent customer service support to clients via email, calls, or in-platform messaging regarding policy and claims queries.
  • Facilitate the timely and accurate processing of insurance claims, adhering to company procedures and regulatory standards.
  • Coordinate with insurers, partners, and internal teams to ensure smooth claims resolution and customer satisfaction.
  • Maintain accurate and updated records of all client interactions and claims processing.
  • Identify common customer pain points or operational inefficiencies and escalate them for process improvement.
  • Support operational documentation, FAQs, and process updates as needed during the contract period.
  • Monitor and help improve metrics related to turnaround time, customer satisfaction, and first-time resolution rates.
  • Assist in preparing internal reports or client presentations on claims and operations activities.
  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience, preferably in Business, Accounting, Finance, or related fields.
  • 2–3 years of relevant experience in claims processing, operations, or customer service within the insurance or fintech industry.
  • Willing to work onsite (BGC, Taguig City)
  • Amenable to work Mondays to Fridays 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills—both written and verbal.
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks under pressure while maintaining service quality.
  • Comfortable working with spreadsheets, CRM tools, and operations platforms (e.g., Zendesk, Excel, G-Suite).
  • Self-starter, adaptable, and able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
  • Knowledge of insurance regulatory standards and compliance is a plus.
