Job Responsibilities
- Perform data entry tasks accurately into both internal and external portals.
- Handle all customer communications, including phone calls, LINE messages, and emails.
- Process claim documentation and maintain organized records on the internal drive.
- Coordinate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure smooth operations.
- Maintain meticulous files and documentation.
- Assist with other tasks as required by the manager.
